During more than 30 years of engineering construction, Russell has project managed civil and mining infrastructure, building construction and IT services projects throughout Australia and overseas.  Prior to starting Projectum in 2002, he worked with leading national constructors Roche, Barclay and Thiess and managed several SME contracting organisations.

As a qualified civil engineer and highly experienced project manager. Russell delivered projects that included highways and motorways, rail systems, dam works, mining, water and sewage treatment plants, land development and building site works.

Russell manages Projectum and engages in Project Management and Superintendence of civil engineering and building construction projects.  He consults to construction businesses and Government, and provides corporate, staffing and project systems advice and support.  Russell is focused on helping firms grow through performance improvement across their business.  He strives to engage with organisations that want to succeed and who are focused on achieving the best results for their customers and staff.

Sue knows first hand how confusing and complex Australia’s Health and Safety laws can be for employers and how difficult it is to stay on top of them. Sue has seen a lot of companies get into trouble with government regulators just because of a lack of knowledge and understanding. She has been involved in many prosecutions that could have easily been avoided.

Sue has managed construction safety across both the public and private construction sectors. She has worked with state authorities such as Work Cover, construction contractors and clients.

John has been involved in tendering, construction and Engineers’ Estimates for a wide variety of major civil engineering projects throughout Australia and South-East Asia. He has developed an estimating system based on a detailed and analytical approach, which results in competitive but still viable tenders.

With a fruitful career spanning over 40 years, John has worked with Leighton Contractors, Barclay Bros, Thiess Contractors and his clients have included most of Australia’s major civil contractors, as well as a number of international contractors and Consultants.
